ALFONSO DI BONITO
An Italian native and local award winning Pizza Chef for 8 years, has been learning, growing and perfecting his craft since he started in a bakery in his native Napoli, Italy when he was 14. Alfonso has a profound passion for cooking and a pride in his work because for Italians food is the centerpiece of human interaction, it’s their language of love.
LEVENTE TISCHLER
An entrepreneur spirit from a small town in Romania, started his carrier in restaurant business as early as 14. He always had the vision and dream of opening his own restaurant one day. Now, thanks to his great business spirit, intuition, dedication and unwavering passion, his vision has come alive.

**NEW- Reservation Cancellation/ No Show policy
All Reservations 5+ guest will be processed through OpenTable and require credit card on file.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $30/person for any booking that is cancelled, or if numbers are reduced without prior notice of 2 days
• For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 48 hours (2days) prior to your booking.
• The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
• “No Shows”- 5+ guest no show reservations will be charged $30/person
All confirmed reservations are held for 20 minutes. In the event of a “Late arrival” of more than 20 minutes without a prior notice, the reservation will be marked as “No Show” and the credit card charged $30/person
